关于上海市政府奖学金申请网站维护升级的通知Notice on the update and Maintenance of the Shanghai Municipal Government Scholarship Application Website
近期因“留学上海”网站在做升级改造，暂时无法打开，具体开放时间以官网通知为准请上海市政府奖学金项目申请人填写《上海市外国留学生政府奖学金申请表》，并将填写后的表格上传至上海大学国际学生在线申请系统，完成在线申请。
（注：网申系统中的SGS编号填写：10280）点击下载申请表格上海市外国留学生政府奖学金申请表.docxFor users,The system of “Study in Shanghai” (https://edu.sh.gov.cn/study_cn/) is scheduled to be update and maintained recently, during which the function of Shanghai Government Scholarship application cannot be used. For SGS scholarship applicants, pls fill in the attached application form and upload to the International Student Application System of Shanghai University. (Note: The SGS Application Number is：10280）)
