可用性和可访问性的运营和相关项目监督该职位同时也将成为ennead全球数字信息技术团队的一员，同时也是上海办公室的主要IT联络人数字基础设施工程师将负责ennead整体IT系统的可用性、性能和稳定性，维护企业整个数字信息系统的稳定与运作，并同时补充和提供解决方案以强化现有技术的稳定性与工作效率。

申请条件（按必备优先级排列）相关院校毕业流利的英文口语交流与写作能力并拥有下述经验：拥有在 Microsoft Azure 中管理全球计算、集成、容器、DevOps 和应用程序环境的经验Azure AD、SSO 和 MFA 方面的专业知识。

有使用软件定义网络支持国际网络的经验，最好是在 Azure 中丰富的 Microsoft Windows 网络 IPv4、IPv6 和 DNS 工作知识熟悉常见的网络路由协议，例如 RIP、OSPF、EIGRP、BG等

在数据包捕获和分析技术方面的经验与网络安全硬件、软件和应用程序环境相关的卓越问题解决和分析能力有在 PC 和 Azure 虚拟桌面环境上打包多层应用程序的经验拥有复杂网络、有线、无线和蜂窝网络的配置和故障排除经验

具有使用反向代理或应用程序防火墙解决方案的经验了解 PRI、VoIP 或 SIP 语音系统以客户服务为中心的强大书面和口头沟通技巧独立工作和团队合作的能力的支持强烈倡导变革管理、事件响应、记录习惯、主动沟通以及完成与全球团队成员的协作

We are now looking for more talents to join our Shanghai Team:Digital Infrastructure EngineerThe Digital Infrastructure Engineer works full time from the office in Shanghai, China. This position is responsible for operational and project oversight of Ennead’s IT infrastructure, applications, data, integration, cloud systems, information security, performance, availability, and accessibility.

This position will be a member of Ennead’s global Digital information technology team and the primary point of contact for IT in the Shanghai office. The Digital Infrastructure Engineer will be accountable for the availability, performance, and stability of Ennead’s IT systems and work on projects with enterprise-wide impact as well as implement and support solutions to enhance existing technologies.

Required Qualifications:Degree from an accredited institutionFluent in English, verbal and written prose

Experience with the following:Experience managing global compute, integration, containers, DevOps, and application environments in Microsoft Azure

Expertise in Azure AD, SSO, and MFAExperience supporting international networks using software defined networking, preferably in Azure

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows networking IPv4, IPv6, and DNSExperience with common network routing protocols such as RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc

Experience in packet capturing and analysis technologiesSuperior problem solving and analytical skills related to network security hardware, software, and application environments

Experience packaging multitiered applications on PCs and Azure virtual desktop environmentsExperience configuring and troubleshooting complex network wired, wireless, and cellular networks

Experience working with reverse proxy or application firewall solutionsKnowledge of voice systems on PRI, VoIP, or SIP

Strong written and oral communication skills with a customer service focusAbility to work independently and in a group
